Abstract: Lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a rare multisystem tumor-related disease characterized by diffuse cystic lesions in the lungs, which is more common in reproductive-aged women. Pregnant women with Lymphangioleiomyomatosis have a poor prognosis, and the management strategies for lymphangioleiomyomatosis have a significant impact on pregnancy. Therefore, the safety of lymphangioleiomyomatosis patients during pregnancy is a very challenging issue. This review summarizes the research progress on the management of lymphangioleiomyomatosis patients during pregnancy, aiming to provide help for the health and good pregnancy outcomes of these patients.
