远程医疗在老年高血压管理中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 原发性高血压是老年人最常见的慢性病之一,也是急性心脑血管疾病最常见的危险因素。远程医疗作为新型的高血压管理模式,在高血压患者的用药依从性及高血压控制率中发挥了重要的作用。现综述远程医疗的概念、优势及远程医疗在老年人高血压管理中的应用现状,并提出加快远程医疗管理模式发展的建议。

Abstract: Essential hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases in the elderly, and it is also the most common risk factor of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.As a new hypertension management model, telemedicine plays an important role in medication compliance and hypertension control rate of patients with hypertension.This paper summarizes telemedicine and its concept in the management of senile hypertension, the application status of telemedicine in the management of senile hypertension and the suggestions to speed up the development of telemedicine management model.
