Abstract: Examination quality management is an important part of the quality management of the practical skills examination for physicians in the category of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). This study takes the ISO9000 quality management system requirements as the benchmark, introduces the ISO9000 standard concept into the examination management of Chinese medicine physician qualification practical skills examination base with the help of service blueprint technology, analyzes the examination quality management process of Chinese medicine physician qualification practical skills examination, analyzes the elements of the quality management process, identifies the potential risks of the examination organization, and carries out the practice of the examination quality management to standardize the examination quality management, improves the examination quality, prevents the examination risks, and strengthens the fairness and impartiality of the examination to provide reference and help.
