使用六自由度保健机器马运动训练对心血管功能的影响

摘要: 目的 研究使用六自由度保健机器马运动训练对大学生心血管功能的影响,探讨使用六自由度保健机器马运动训练增强心血管功能的实效性。方法 研究对象为河北大学 2010 级的学生 120 例。将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60 例。观察组利用六自由度保健机器马运动训练,每周锻炼3 次,每次 30 min,连续 4 周。对照组按原日常活动不变。所有测试对象在实施锻炼前后应用AZN—E 型心血管功能检测仪分别测试脉压、血管弹性扩张系数、血管顺应度、主动脉排空系数、总外周阻力、左心室射血阻抗、血液黏度、总血容量等。结果 经过 4 周健身锻炼后,观察组的脉压(35.51±4.46 vs 40.13±4.78)mmHg、血管弹性扩张系数(0.32±0.13 vs 0.27±0.11)、血管顺应度(1.19±0.34 vs 1.03±0.30) dyn·s·cm-5变化显著,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);主动脉排空系数变化差异无统计学意义;总外周阻力下降(1 471±52.80 vs 1 497±49.77) dyn·s·cm-5,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左心室射血阻抗、血液黏度下降量、总血容量增加量变化无统计学意义。结论 使用六自由度保健机器马运动训练可有效增强大学生的心血管功能,改善大学生的血液状况。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of 6-DOF Health-care Horse Machine training on cardiovascular function in undergraduate students to evaluate its ffectiveness. Methods Totally 120 students were randomly divided into two groups with 60 students in control group and 60 students in observation group. Exercise training (30 min/d, three times every week for 4 weeks) with 6-DOF Health-care Horse Machine was performed in the observation group, while the same daily activities as routine life in the control group. Results Four weeks after exercise, for the observation group, the pulse pressure (35.51±4.46 vs 40.13±4.78) mmHg, blood vessel elasticity coefficient of expansion (0.32±0.13 vs 0.27±0.11), vascular compliance (1.19±0.34 vs 1.03±0.30) dyn?s?cm-5 increased (P<0.05), and the total peripheral resistance (1 471±52.80 vs 1 497±49.77) dyn?s?cm-5, decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion The 6-DOF Health-care horse Machine can effectively enhance the cardiovascular function, improve the blood status and facilitate the microcirculation.
