大学生食品营养与安全通识教育的必要性

摘要: 目前中国各高校大学生营养不良问题仍然突出,食品营养与安全知识普遍欠缺,且不少学生存在不良饮食行为,相关知识的普及和教育明显缺乏。在高校本科专业中讲授和推广食品营养与安全专业知识,通过多渠道多形式的活动,将其融入课堂通识教学,通过创建专门的微信公众平台发挥校园宣传媒介作用,借助多形式“第二课堂”活动开展食品营养与安全教育,切实加强该方面通识教育的广度和深度,具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract: Currently the malnutrition problem among college students is still highlighted in various Chinese universities. These students are generally lack of the knowledge of food nutrition and safety and thus have undesirable dietary behaviors because the popularization and education of related knowledge are obviously absent. It is of great significance that we can teach and promote the professional knowledge of food nutrition and safety in the undergraduate student community in universities, integrate the education of food nutrition and safety into general education in the classroom through multi-channel and multi-form activities, play the role of the campus propaganda media by setting up a special WeChat public platform(the second classroom), conduct food nutrition and safety education with the help of multi-form additional course activities, and strengthen the width and depth of general education in this field.
