摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨影响系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE) 治疗结局的因素。方法收集某综合医院风湿免疫科 2010 年至 2013 年系统性红斑狼疮患者病历资料，分析系统性红斑狼疮治疗结局的影响因素。结果共分析 350 份 SLE 病历资料。单因素分析显示中老年（≥45 岁）患者、C 反应蛋白升高、C3 降低、起病重或危重、SLE 复发者治疗结局较差。多因素 logistic 回归分析显示，年龄和是否复发是 SLE 患者治疗结局的独立影响因素，OR 值分别为 2.017 和 2.517。结论中老年患者、SLE 复发患者的治疗结局较差，应在临床治疗时给予重视。

Abstract: Objective To explore the influencing factors of treatment outcome of SLE. Methods Data about the patients with SLE was collected by copying the information from the medical records during 2010 to 2013 in a comprehensive hospital, and the influencing factors of treatment outcome of SLE were analyzed. Results 350 medical records were collected. Univariate analysis showed that patients with middle-and-old, positive C-reactive protein, C3 decreased, serious disease and relapsed patients had a poor outcome. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and whether relapse were independent influencing factors of treatment outcome in patients with SLE, OR were 2.017 and 2.517 respectively. Conclusion The treatment outcome of elderly patients (≥45 years old) and relapsed patients was poor, and more attention should be given while clinical treatment.
