合作学习方法在心电图教学中的应用

The application of cooperative learning approach in teaching electrocardiography

摘要: 目的 在心电图实践教学中应用合作学习方法训练学生诊断心电图的能力,改善心电图教学效果。方法 传统讲授教学法由教师利用多媒体幻灯讲解心电图诊断要点。合作学习方法让学生以小组为单位进行心电图诊断的竞赛,教师给予获胜小组奖励,并总结评讲每张心电图诊断要点。学期末采用问卷调查法对学生进行满意度调查。结果 与实施传统讲授教学法的学生比较,实施合作学习方法的学生对心电图实践教学的满意率更高。绝大部分学生[98.54%(135/137)]认同这种学习方法,91.97%(126/137)学生认为可以促进和巩固心电图理论教学知识学习。87.59%(120/137)学生认为可以提高心电图临床思维能力,91.24%(125/137)学生认为可以有效提高心电图诊断能力,94.89%(130/137)学生认为提高了对心电图的学习兴趣。96.35%(132/137)学生喜欢这种课堂气氛。结论 在心电图教学中应用合作学习方法,能够有效提高学生诊断心电图的能力,改善心电图教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To train the clinical medical students to better study the diagnosis of electrocardiography by using the cooperative learning approach. Methods For the traditional lecture-style teaching approach, the teachers explained the diagnostic points by using multimedia slides. For the cooperative learning approach, the students competed for the diagnosis of electrocardiography between groups. The teachers rewarded the winners and summarized the diagnostic points. At the end of term, the students were surveyed by questionnaire. Results Compared with the students who received the lecture-style teaching approach, the students who received the cooperative learning approach had higher degree of satisfaction. The vast majority of students [98.54%(135/137)] applauded this approach. There were 91.97%(126/137)of students who thought the cooperative learning could promote and consolidate theoretical knowledge of electrocardiograph. 87.59%(120/137)of students admited their improvements in clinical thinking ability. 91.24%(125/137)of students agreed it could improve the ability of diagnosis. 94.89%(130/137)of students felt more interested in electrocardiography learning and most students [96.35%(132/137)] enjoyed the relaxed class atmosphere.Conclusion The application of cooperative learning approach could effectively improve the abilities of students in electrocardiography diagnosis.
