Methods 100 patients with DHF merge anxiety and depression were selected from Jan. 2010 to Jun. 2011. 100 patients were randomly divided into the control groups(50 cases) and the experimental groups(50 cases). In control groups, the patients were taken conventional therapy and nursing; In experimental groups, the patients were taken conventional therapy and nursing, in addition, taken Individual psychological nursing diet and life style change, instruction of reasonable medication etc.. Then the score of SAS and SDS, the 6-min walk test (6MW), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), diastolic mitral flow E/A ratio and hospitalization situation in two groups were compared. Results Before intervention indexes had no significant statistic difference in two groups (P>0.05). 3 months later, indexes in the experimental groups were better than indexes in the control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention may reduce the anxiety and depression and improve cardiac function, promote disease rehabilitation, lower medical expense, shorter hospital stays in the patients with diastolic heart failure, and was well worth clinical popularizing and application.
