Abstract: Objective To study the expression of RECK and MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The endometrial cancer specimens from April 2012 to January 2015 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College and confirmed by surgery and pathologically were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method to analyze the expression of RECK and MMP-9 and their correlation. Results The positive expression rate of RECK gene inendometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control group,35% and 84.4% respectively, and the positive expression rate of group I in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ-Ⅳ,51.4% and 12% respectively, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The positive rate of MMP-9 in normal endometrium was significantly lower than that in endometrial carcinoma, 17.8% and 76.7%, respectively. The positive rate of group I in endometrial carcinoma was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ-Ⅳ, 65.7% and 92% respectively, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was negatively correlated with RECK(P<0.05, r=-0.390).Conclusion The expression of RECK and MMP-9 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer and has important significance to judge the prognosis.
