The rehabilitation guide of Shi’ Jiegudan combined with small splint immobilization in treatment of Colles fracture

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of manual diaplasis and small splint immobilization combined with rehabilitation guide in treatment of Colles fracture. Methods 68 cases with stable Colles fracture were treated with manual diaplasis, small splint immobilization and Shi’ Jiegudan, and given rehabilitation guide. The clinical curative effect of 3 months was appraised. Results All patients were followed up for 4-10 months with an average of 6 months. All of them achieved bony union and clinical healing standard. Clinical healing time was 21-39 days with an average of (28.02±1.64) days. 65 cases were cured, 3 cases improved. The cure rate was 95.59%, and the total efifciency was 100%. Conclusion The rehabilitation guide of the patients treated with small splint immobilization is effective clinically. It is worthy for being widely used in clinical orthopedics.
