Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of MOTOmed viva virtual scene training treatment compared with MOTOmed viva training treatment on function recovery of lower limb of stroke patient with hemiplegia. Methods 40 cases with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 20 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and MOTOmed training treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and MOTOmed virtual scene training treatment, before treatment and after treatment for 8 weeks all the patients were evaluated using Fugl-Meyerassessment FMA,modified Barthel index,MBI,and functional ambulation category,FAC. Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups; After the treatment for 8 weeks, all the observation indexes above were improved in both groups(P<0.05),But the effectiveness in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).After the treatment for 8 weeks,FAC grade of patients in the observation group was superior to that in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with general MOTOmed training treatment,MOTOmed viva virtual scene training treatment is more helpfuli for the improvement of ability to act daily life and recovery of lower limb function of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
