医学生创新思维认知与培养的探析

摘要: 创新思维是医学生创新活动的核心,也是中国当前医学教育改革的重点。在认知创新思维内涵要求、本质特征和心理品质的基础上,提出敢于怀疑批判、强化系统知识教育、改变固有思维定势等路径,强化医学生创新思维培养,切实提高他们的创新能力,使之成为会学习、善思维、勤探索的医学人才。

Abstract: Creative thinking is the core of the medical students' innovative activities,is also the focus of the current medical education reform in China.On the basis of knowing the demands,characteristics and psychological quality in cognitive medical students' innovative thinking,we should dare to doubt,criticize,strengthen the system knowledge,and change inherent mind-set for training creative thinking in medical students.All these measures can strengthen innovative thinking training of medical students,improve their innovative ability,and make them be good at learning,thinking,exploring.
