CBL结合LBL联合教学法在临床血气分析教学中的应用与评价

摘要: 目的 以课堂传授教学法(Lecture-based learning,LBL)作为对照,探讨基于案例的教学(cased-based learning,CBL)联合LBL在临床血气分析教学的应用效果。方法 将临床医学本科实习生72人随机分为CBL+LBL教学组和传统LBL教学组,评估不同教学方法的教学效果。结果 CBL+LBL教学法在通过客观成绩测定、学生主观自我评估及任课教师自我评估均较传统教学法更具优势。结论 CBL联合LBL教学凭借其整合性强及理论结合实践等优势既能为临床医生授课带来很大的发挥空间,又能加深学生对血气分析的理解及应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effects of the Case based learning(CBL)teaching method combined with Lecture-based learning(LBL)in teaching blood gas analysis(ABG)with the conventional teaching method as the control. Methods 72 interns of the undergraduate were randomly divided into 2 groups: conventional LBL teaching group(group LBL)and CBL+LBL teaching group(group CBL+LBL)to evaluate the teaching impact of the two teaching methods. Results The CBL+LBL teaching method was more advantageous than the conventional LBL teaching method by the objective scores of the examinations,the subjective self-evaluation of the students and the self-assessment of the teachers. Conclusion The advantages of the good integrity and the combination of the practice and theory in the CBL combined with LBL teaching leave the clinicians more room to play and make the students comprehend and apply better.
