内科学见习教学改革的探索与实践

摘要: 传统的内科见习带教方法以教师讲授为主,使学生被动接受临床知识,缺乏积极性、主动性,学习效果差。在临床本科学生的见习教学过程中,采取和加强以下几个方面的措施:(1)加强见习前培训;(2)改善见习条件,优化教学环境,提供充足的教学设备;(3)提高带教老师素质;(4)改革教学方法,以PBL教学模式为主;(5)改革考试制度,以临床疾病诊治为主导模式,使学生真正将理论知识与实践结合起来。通过教学改革,医学生对疾病的认识、临床思维、动手能力得到加强,更有利于医学生临床能力的全面培养。

Abstract: Traditional internal medicine probation method based on teaching makes students absorb knowledge passively, results in students' lacking initiative and influencing learning effect. In the process of clinical undergraduate student probation, we adopt the following measures:(1)Strengthen pre-professional training.(2)Improve the conditions of probation, optimize the teaching environment and provide adequate teaching equipment.(3)Enhance Teacher quality.(4)Reform teaching method, giving PBL teaching pattern.(5)Reform the examination system and take the clinical disease diagnosis and treatment as the leading mode, enable students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practice. Through the teaching reform, medical students can connect theory with practice, and promote the understanding ability, clinical thinking and practical ability of disease. it is more conducive to the comprehensive training of medical students' clinical competence.
