摘要: 血脂异常是脑卒中重要的危险因素之一,即使低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平达标后,仍存在残余的血管风险,其中非传统血脂参数起到重要作用。急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是指脑动脉闭塞导致的脑组织梗死,伴随神经元、星形胶质细胞及少突胶质细胞的损伤,是现代社会中致死和致残最重要的血管事件。综述非传统血脂参数与AIS的相关性进展,以期为改善AIS预后提供更好的预测指标。

Abstract: Hypertrophic dyslipidemia remains a major stroke risk factor. Even after achieving target levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, residual vascular risks persist, with non-traditional lipid parameters playing a critical role. Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)refers to brain infarction caused by cerebral artery occlusion, accompanied by neuronal, astrocyte, and oligodendrocyte damage. As the leading cause of mortality and disability in modern society, AIS requires comprehensive evaluation. This review examines the correlation between non-traditional lipid parameters and AIS progression, aiming to develop improved prognostic indicators for better stroke management.
