摘要: 脑卒中后幸存者通常面临肢体运动障碍、平衡障碍和认知障碍,传统的康复训练不能支持其更好地回归家庭和社会生活。认知和运动训练的有效结合在脑卒中患者中的优势已在大量研究中证实,但其对认知功能和运动功能的恢复不全是积极作用,总结认知-运动双任务训练模式对脑卒中患者认知功能与运动功能的影响,探讨其在脑卒中患者康复进程中的应用进展。
