摘要: 介绍未来情景想象(episodic future thinking,EFT)的核心概念,简述其基于经济学理论与积极心理学的干预方案设计,分析其在改善老年人认知功能障碍中的神经功能依据,指出其作用机制可从生理、心理多维度提升老年人幸福感,简述其应用场景、效果及评估工具,为其在老年认知健康领域的推广应用提供理论与实践依据。提出EFT可为缓解老年人认知功能减退、提升其生活质量提供新的干预方向与实践依据。
