Abstract: The course of academic English, medical laboratory science, has a positive role in cultivating the high-quality and application-based talented person. The application of task-driven teaching method exert a force on the leading role of teachers and main status of students. In addition, this method could arouse the learning interest of students. By the analysis of the meaning, the choice of teaching contents, the premise and method of implementation, the evaluation method and so on, the development of teaching academic English for medical laboratory science are discussed.
