Abstract: Teaching and studying style construction in medical school of provincial comprehensive university is critical, which does not only impact directly on the quality of training of medical students, but also affects the local university's reputation and the overall level of personnel training. Currently, there are lots of problems in the teaching and studying style in medical school, the reasons are many, such as teachers and students, school management and society. The main causes of teaching and studying style of medical school lie in teaching. Starting from the aspects of teaching, teaching style, teaching reform and teaching management to promote the teaching and studying style are effective ways to create a fine style of teaching and studying in medical school.
